Chart notes
FAYETTE SPIRIT was reserved off the early pace, came four-wide into the stretch and finished with a rush to be up in the final sixteenth. KITCO set the pace racing slightly removed from the rail, responded when challenged nearing the quarter pole and held on gamely during the drive. MISSIONARY MAN saved ground tracking KITCO, slipped through to gain a slight lead nearing the quarter pole then vied with that rival to deep stretch and finished well in a good effort. MONEY MEMOLO was unhurried early, came four-wide into the stretch then angled in nearing the eighth pole and rallied late. CUE COUNTRY ROADS was allowed to settle, came three-wide into the stretch and went evenly late. ROMANTIC LEAD bumped at the start with ONE DESTINATION then was forwardly placed early while racing two-wide and weakened. WILDING LANE bumped at the with ONE DESTINATION then saved ground racing in the middle of the field but failed to seriously threaten. FLYIN RYAN was prominently placed early while racing four-wide and tired. ONE DESTINATION was bumped at the start by WILDING LANE and ROMANTIC LEAD then saved ground while being allowed to settle and was not a factor. MADCAP dropped back early and trailed.
