Chart notes
CUPIDS CRUSH stalked the pace from the fence for five-eighths, tipped out splitting rivals nearing the quarter pole to take the lead, quickly went clear in upper stretch and was not threatened in the lane a convincing winner. THUNDERS ROCKNROLL sped to the lead leaving the gate, raced on a clear lead to the far turn, responded when challenged at the quarter pole, was no match for the winner and finished willingly to hold the place. QUEEN JUDITH unhurried in the early going to be at the rear of the field, was set down nearing the three-eighths pole, rallied steadily through the turn cutting the corner, tipped out four wide in upper stretch and finished evenly unable to sustain the bid. TOUR QUEEN prompted the pace to the far turn, rallied to challenge from four wide on the bend and flattened out in upper stretch. GYPSY REWARD tracked the pace from four widedown the backstretch and lacked a closing rally when called upon. IRISH KITTEN went evenly failing to menace. RETIRED KATHY was not a threat. BOW DRAW was a bit tardy away from the gate, raced up to be mid-pack at the half mile pole and came up empty on the far turn.
