Chart notes
DROPPING LEMONS pressed the pace three wide into the stretch, dug in late under left handed urging and proved best by a narrow margin while fully extended. LIVING IN STYLE settled two wide, angled out four wide at the top of the stretch, rallied determinedly and just missed. MAY MAYS CASTLE stalked the pace into the stretch, loomed boldly nearing the furlong marker then was outfinished. MALI BALI pressed the pace two wide past the half mile marker, made the lead, set the pace until deep stretch then weakened. ROWDY DAISY passed tiring rivals. KANTBACKOFF had no impact. GRACIE DANCE was no threat. H. T. XENA was outrun. GRACE AND GLORY set the pace past the half mile marker, kept on four wide into the stretch then gave way.
