Chart notes
MISTER MULDOON bumped with an outer foe at the start, vied for the lead in the four path, angled into the three path and bumped an inner foe while taking command just before the half, was coaxed along the rail around the far turn, kicked away from the three path in upper stretch, and held sway. WELLSWORT (IRE) tracked inside, was ridden along the rail around the far turn, drifted out to the seven path going by the eighth pole, but ran on to clearly be second best. SUPREME DOMINANCE steadied at the start, trailed from the four path into the backstretch, was driven in the five path around the far turn, and kept on down the lane to get up for show. PACIFIC THEATER rated in the three path, imrpoved between foes up the backstretch, was roused along the rail midway around the far turn, but flattened in the three path down the stretch. SUPER WISE raced off the pace in the three path and did not factor. WEST ISLAND bumped with an outer foe at the start, stalked in the four path, was driven in the two path around the far turn, but faded in the four path down the lane. MCGEORGE chased in the five path but weakened. LUCKY SMILE led in the two path entering the backstretch, but got bumped by an outer foe and had to check hard approaching the half, then was driven in the three path around the far turn, and yielded in the stretch.
