Chart notes
BROADWAY APPEAL close from the start and breaking in good order, dueled first turn off the inside, vied onto the backstretch then eased clear from between horses after three furlongs, drew out steadily through the lane while kept to task. SEVEN DEVILS ROAD also forwardly placed from the break, lodged an early bid three wide with three furlongs remaining, could not keep pace from shortly thereafter, fully extended to preserve the place. LEGEND'S JOURNEY settled off the pace, moved out, came four wide for the drive, rallied to be getting to the runner up late, clear of the others. JEANO fell back to trail after the start, continued back for a half, improved position without posing a serious threat. TOUGH TROOPER hustled away from the gate, dueled inside the winner for three furlongs then began a steady retreat. VISUAL POWERHOUSE four wide in the second flight through the first turn, failed to muster a rally. TEXOMA fractious in the gate, last to leave, was never a factor. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate final time.
