Chart notes
VINNY AND LEO was forced in and squeezed at the seven eighths pole, allowed to settle, responded readily when set down, rallied along the rail through upper stretch to make the lead inside the furlong marker and going away under a strong hand ride. IMPROBABLE FIRST brome in front and angled in from the six path to the three path entering the clubhouse turn causing rivals to check, gave up the lead entering the backstretch, kept pressure along the rail past the quarter pole, made the lead then was no match for the winner. COASTERTOTHEMOON was shut off inside the runner up entering the first turn, shifted out, surged to the front after a quarter mile, set a pressured pace two wide into the stretch and weakened late. RULE IT was squeezed along the rail entering the first turn then failed to menace. RIESENBERG raced outside, moved closer on the far bend then came up empty. PHOTO HOP failed to menace. THE STEWARDS POSTED THE INQUIRY SIGN AND THE RIDER OF RULE IT LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST THE RIDER OF VINNY AND LEO FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE ENTERING THE FIRST TURN. AFTER REVIEW THE STEWARDS DISQUALIFIED IMPROBABLE FIRST FOR INTERFERENCE ENTERING THE FIRST TURN AND PLACED HIM FOURTH.
