Chart notes
OUTHUSTLE broke through the gate pre-race, was held in check by the rider and assistant starter, re-loaded, broke well, took control, repelled bid on turn and finished well in a game effort. THORN OF HEARTS pressed the pace to midway on the turn, rallied to challenge at the quarter pole, was repellled by the winner and kept-on willingly to hold the place. ROCKET DRAGON tracked the leaders through the turn, rallied in upper stretch to threaten, could not get passed and was clearly best of the rest. CITY TRIPPER was well placed just off the leaders saving ground along the fence, cut the corner turning for home and lacked a closing bid in the lane. KEYSTONE HANK unhurried to be the early trailer and passed weaker rivals in the lane without impact. OSCARSSON raced wide down the backstretch and never posed a threat. CALYPSO CHARLIE tracked the pace from four wide, lacked a response when called upon on the turn and faded coming home.
