Chart notes
ZEN IT chased the pace outside horses, gained a three wide lead leaving the turn then drew away under steady encouragement. STAY FROSTY drifted in leaving the starting gate, sped to the lead along the rail, dropped back a bit leaving the turn then finished willingly. SCOVILLE UNIT hopped at the break, bid for the lead between horses leaving the backstretch and on the turn and weakened the final furlong. FORT BULL , forced in by SCOVILLE leaving the starting gate, stayed along the inner rail throughout and passed tired rivals. HALTER BOY raced in the two path on the turn, swung wide turning for home and failed to sustain his bid. SCOVILLE , fractious behind the starting gate, bore in at the start and was no factor. DAMIRON (IRE) saved ground on the turn and weakened. TRIPS TO WIN was outrun.
