Chart notes
YUMA'S SHADOW broke a beat slow, progressed in the three path approaching the turn, bid outside of the top pair at the five sixteenths pole, forged an advantage leaving that station, met an outer challenge entering the lane, yet repelled that foe in upper stretch and drove clear. LOIS' COURAGE raced forwardly two wide and between horses, tracked the leaders from near the inside into the turn, shifted out four wide to take aim on the new leader at the quarter pole, ranged up to bid entering the lane, but was turned away in upper stretch and proved second best. PAT'SCHROMECOMPASS broke outwardly, pressed three to two wide into the turn, bid along with an outer rival turning for home, got outkicked by that one before being surpassed by a wider rival entering the lane and held show. STARCOURT dropped back early on, raced off of the pace along the inside, shifted out to the two to three path into the lane and stayed on mildly. RACING THE LIGHT showed the way along the inside, got headed by an outer pair at the five sixteenths pole and weakened. REDHEADEDSTRANGER broke outwardly after being off a step slow, raced at the rear in the five path, bore out to the eight path into the lane and got outrun.
