VAGGIO leaned in and traded strong contact with an inner rival at the start, tracked in the three to two path and between horses around the turn, bumped and interfered an inner rival while shifting inwardly at the furlong grounds, took aim inside of the leader in the final sixteenth but needed more. WAR SPIRIT was sent to the front, crossed over the two path while leading approaching the turn, came under strong urging as an outer pair prompted passing the seven sixteenths pole, shifted out to the three path to duel with only a single outer rival with a quarter mile to go, got bested reaching the furlong grounds and kept on among horses. MISINFORMATION brushed with an inner rival leaving the gate before being put in a bit tight between horses early on, tracked in the five path and outside of rivals around the turn the stayed on one paced. SENSE OF FREEDOM broke outwardly and bumped with an outer rival at the start, laid close up along the inside, stalked around the turn, but was bumped by an outer foe nearing the furlong grounds, forced to jostle the inner rail then clipped his assaulter's hind heels leaving that station. SIR VINCENT bobbled subtly leaving the gate, pursued from the two path and failed to threaten. THROTTLE brushed with an outer foe at the start before being bumped by an inner rival shortly after, raced at the rear along the inside and moved up. WESTERN WARRIOR failed to factor from the two path. DURABLE bumped an outer foe soon after the start, then made little impact from the four path. INSTASTAR broke slowly, lacked speed between horses, dropped back into the turn and was outrun thereafter. THE RIDER OF SENSE OF FREEDOM CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST MR. VAGGIO ALLEGING INTERFERNCE IN MIDSTRETCH. FOLLOWING THE OBJECTION, AS WELL AS A STEWARDS' INQUIRY REVIEWING THE SAME MATTER, MR.VAGGIO WAS DISQUALIFIED AND PLACED SIXTH.
