Chart notes
STORMPROOF broke sharp, pace setter around the first turn, controlled the tempo into the second bend, felt slight pressure approaching the furlong marker, kicked clear into the lane, held a safe margin driving through the wire. SISYPHUS under a hold stalked inside around the first turn, saved ground up close into the far turn, lost ground leaving the quarter pole, angled off the rail into the lane, re-rallied to the wire. STORMIN ROCKET rated off the pace into the first turn, quickened chased three wide around the second bend, loomed nearing the furlong marker, bid flattened out remained clear for the show. STORMY HOLLOW eager early on hard to rate off the leader around the first turn, settled into stride stalked the pace into the second bend, called on leaving the quarter pole, faded through the stretch. MAIN LINE CIPHER slow into stride, roused off the pace around the far turn, never fired late.
