Chart notes
GEE NO HOLLANDER set the pace, was cued in the two path passing the quarter, kicked away down the lane, and was wrapped up in the final sixteenth. CHOU CHOU D'AVEN (FR) chased in the three path, ranged up to bid under coaxing midway around the far turn, but was repelled at the top of the stretch, and flattened. BRILLIANT CALL hopped at the start, trailed in the four path but was one paced in the five path down the lane to get up for show. STORM STRATEGY rated, was ridden in the two path around the far turn, but weakened in the stretch. HOWARD'S GRIT prompted the pace in the two path early but retreated.
