Chart notes
KHOZAN'S VALENTINE broke out at the start, stalked in the five path, floated out to the seven path at the top of the lane, and rallied outside of foes in the final furlong to get up at the wire. MODAZZLE prompted the pace in the four path, bid passing the quarter, ran on in the five path down the stretch, led passing the sixteenth pole, but got nailed by an outer foe at the wire. KING DOODLE pressed in the three path, fought on in the four path down the lane, but evened out in the final sixteenth. SAND MOUNTAIN bumped with an inner foe at the start, dueled for the lead inside, dug in from the two path down the stretch, but yielded in the final sixteenth. ONE PUTT RICHIE dueled for the lead in the two path early but lost ground around the turn, and faded in the final furlong. JOYFUL GHOST bumped with an outer foe at the start, then trailed throughout around the two path.
