Chart notes
MILLARD'S SMILE raced off the pace in the three path, advanced between foes in the three path around the far turn, swung from the five path into the lane, rallied to lead going by the furlong grounds and kicked clear. PURPLE OCTOPUS prompted the pace in the four path, bid in the three path around the far turn, led in the two path passing the quarter, but lost the lead in upper stretch, and faded, but dug in for place. MAJOR CONTENDER stalked in the three path, was roused from the rail midway around the far turn, bid inside of foes at the top of the lane, but flattened in the final furlong. SEMINOLE BEACH trailed in the five path, fanned out to the nine path turning into the stretch, but made no final bid. MON AMI FUZZIE rated in the four path, bid under a ride in the five path passing the quarter, but weakened from the six path down the lane. STRONGER TOGETHER tracked in the five path, was ridden in the four path around the far turn, but retreated the stretch. SCOTCH NO ROCKS set the pace in the two path but gave way in the stretch.
