LUCKWOULDHAVEIT contested out from the rail while inside a rival, edged clear into the lane then dug in to keep PHLASH DRIVE safe through the final sixteenth. PHLASH DRIVE tracked the winner from along the inside, angled three wide into the lane and closed but could not run that one down. ROCKETSHIP RUN forced the pace outside the winner to late in the turn and weakened in the drive. LITTLEBIT DON saved ground and lacked a closing run through the lane. FOR REEL stalked from three wide, had his rider lose his crop early in the turn and had no rally.
