QUALITY COMMAND away alertly and vied for the lead from along the rail entering the first turn, continued to set a pressured pace from the inside of FOOTHIS BLVD in the run down the backside and through the final turn, got the better of her pace rival entering the lane, and inched clear while finishing three wide in the drive. LICORICE stalked the dueling leaders from along the rail entering the backside, commenced her bid from along the rail entering the final turn, and closed determinedly two wide in the drive to get up for the place. TEXAS HUMOR stalked the contested early pace while racing two wide entering the backstretch, launched her bid three wide entering the final turn, and finished with late interest five wide in the drive to get up for a share. FOOTHILLS BLVD. angled off the rail to duel for the lead two wide entering the first turn, continued to force the issue two wide in the run down the backside and through the final turn, struggled to match strides with her pace rival entering the lane, and gave way grudgingly late while finishing three out from the rail. ICE BREAKER broke sharply and was allowed to settle off the early pace while racing three wide into the backstretch, rallied two wide entering the final turn, but lacked the needed closing response when called upon.
