Chart notes
UMBRAL set the pace on the inside, opened up a clear lead on the backside, responded when roused turning for home, pulled away in the final furlong and was kept to the task. CROSSATI stalked close up two wide early, chased the winner on the far turn, finished evenly and dug in for second. LITTLE SQUEEZE raced three wide off the pace, chased two wide on the far turn and lacked a rally in the stretch. MY HONEYBUNCH raced two wide off the pace, crowded a rival entering the far turn, then chased inside and had no rally. PROFIT HUNTER raced off the pace inside, was in tight clipped heels and stumbled entering the far turn and dropped back. After a Stewards' Inquiry and Jockey Objection, MY HONEYBUNCH was disqualified and placed last.
