Chart notes
VIA DEL CORSO chased four deep around the turn, on even terms inside rivals leaving the furlong marker, dug in gamely for the victory. VERRAZANOINTHESKY very slow start, quickened the tempo split foes around the turn, outside VIA DEL CORSO rallied with vigor just missed wire. CANYON SHADOWS saved ground off the pace around the turn, shifted gears kicked out for clear run leaving the furlong marker, chased on willingly to gain the show award. CRAZY HEART bumped start, vied two wide around the turn, cleared off one rival just as another came calling outside approaching the furlong marker, flattened out after battling through a double header. ALVIN very slow into stride, by two weary foes, never threatened. SOMNUS chased off the rail into the turn ,gave way through the lane. SECESSION bump start, vied inside around the turn, unable to quicken with outside rival turning for home, faltered through the stretch.
