FACE ABARRIO bumped at the start, raced well off the inside while contesting the pace, dueled three wide on the turn, responded when roused at the furlong marker and held well under urging. DIAMOND HEIST vied inside for the lead, dueled on the turn, dug in gamely inside in the final furlong and battled to the end. MAGICAL WARRIOR bumped at the start, stalked between rivals, chased on the turn, angled out four wide into the stretch, finished evenly and got the nod for third. BALTASAR bumped at the start, stalked outside, chased on the turn, went four wide past the quarter pole, finished evenly and missed for third. LLOYD raced close up on the inside, chased on the turn, continued on the rail and lacked a bid. LIBERTY STAR was outrun early and gained some ground late.
