Chart notes
DAWN STRATEGY dueled inside of ROMANS WORLD up the backstretch and battled into the far turn, shook free at the quarter pole, came two wide into the upper stretch and finished going away. CAVANAL raced in close range around the first turn, then settled off the pace up the backstretch, hustled along four wide entering the upper stretch and got up late to take place. ALLEGRISSIMO settled while not too far back off the early pace, edged closer late on the backstretch, coaxed inside around the far turn, ran on into the lane and got edged late for place. HARVEST N'HEARTH was forwardly placed around the first turn, stalked up the backstretch, came under a ride entering the far turn, failed to progress under firm handling and made no headway in the lane. COMPREHEND was off slow at the start, remained unhurried in the back, saved ground throughout and never threatened. ROMANS WORD vied outside of DAWN STRATEGY up the backstretch, continued to battle into the far turn, could not move on with the eventual winner past the quarter pole and faded in the lane. CITY TIME raced in range up the backstretch, chased three wide around the turn and dropped back in the lane.
