CAMPAIGN PROMISES , three deep on the backstretch, secured command on the turn, moved to the inner rail entering the stretch, remained on her left lead and drew off under urging. SPARE A DIME disputed the pace along the rail, was no match for the winner through the stretch, faded and was best of the otheres. FLAT DISCOUNT lacked speed, stayed along the inner rail on the turn, swung out in upper stretch, raced on her left lead and lacked a rally. LONG BLACK VEIL disputed the early pace between the top pair then weakened. DR. BELLA , four deep on the turn, weakened.
