RUN CECIL sped to the early lead, was kept well off the rail, lost the lead mid way on the turn to WEGOTJACKSBACK, dueled outside that one through the stretch and prevailed in an extended drive. WEGOTJACKSBACK advanced along the inner rail to gain the lead mid way on the turn, battled with the winner through the stretch and just missed in a game effort. ROJO SKY , three deep prompting the pace on the turn, weakened in the stretch. FAST LUCK , three deep leaving the turn, lugged in near the eighth pole and lacked a rally. UTOPIAN TREASURE , along the inner rail on the turn, eased out to the two path entering the stretch and came up empty. NUTHIN FANCY , four deep chasing the pace leaving the backstretch, drifted to the inner rail entering the stretch and gave way.
