Chart notes
RIGEL hugged the inner rail, dueled with WISH ME HOME from the half mile pole to the quarter pole, went clear and was kept under pressure in the drive. BREAK OUT bumped with SELL SOMETHING mid way on the first turn, stalked the pace down the backstretch, eased out leaving the far turn, took aim on the leader then drifted out in mid stretch. SELL SOMETHING , a forward factor along the inner rail, steadied when bumping with BREAK OUT, remained inside horses and finished willingly. KENDAMA , four deep the first turn, stayed outside horses, swung to the six path at the head of the stretch and showed late interest. MR JEFFERSON , steadied in traffic entering the first turn, was no factor. YOUR ANALYSIS came out and bumped WISH ME HOME leaving the starting gate, raced in the three path between horses the first turn, four wide the far turn and weakened. WISH ME HOME , bumped leaving the starting gate, dueled with the winner on the far turn, faltered in mid stretch and was eased. An objection by the rider of SELL SOMEHING against BREAK OUT for alleged interference on the first turn was not allowed. There was a stewards' inquiry concerning the the first turn but no action was taken.
