Chart notes
PRISONER tracked the pace racing three-wide, moved up to take the lead nearing the eighth pole and gradually drew clear. WHISKEYJACK was unhurried early, rallied five-wide into the stretch and closed strongly. JOE DON LOONEY dueled with COMPANY'S DREAM from the early lead and held on well during the drive for third. BLUEGRASS GO GO was reserved off the pace, came four-wide into the stretch and went evenly late. TIGER TOO raced in the back of the field early, came three-wide into the stretch and improved his position. SIR GREYSON was close-up early racing along the inside but lacked a rally. TOWN PERFORMER was forwardly placed while racing two-wide and waekened. COMPANY'S DREAM dueled with JOE DON LOONEY for the early lead, was taken in hand leaving the five-sixteenths pole, then was quickly pulled up and transported off the track via the equine ambulance.
