Chart notes
MISS DARLENE was having to be coaxed a bit leaving the gate, moved up to join MILA'S KAT on the lead at the five-furlong pole, dueled through the turn then gained the upper hand on that one leaving the quarter pole, went clear and dug in under strong handling and maintained the margin to the finish. HEY MADALYN CLAIRE got crowded a bit after the start and shuffled back to last, made a sustained rally from the half-mile pole, circled the field, and fanned five wide into the stretch and finished up well to gain the place. EAGLE EXPRESS moved up inside after a tardy start, chased the dueling leaders through the turn, staying on the rail, tipped out a path for the stretch run, but was no match for the winner. PINK LADY LU SHA allowed to settle from the start, tracked three wide down the backstretch, responded when asked to go on from the seven-sixteenths marker, advanced three wide through the turn, spun four wide into the stretch, then flattened out and was unable to threaten late. MILA'S KAT broke well and was first to the lead, was joined by MISS DARLENE at the five-furlong pole, and dueled with that rival through the turn, was put to urging at the quarter pole but tired and faded through the stretch. ELI'S GIRL raced mid-pack while under a ride from the start, started to lose ground to the rest approaching the three-furlong pole, and trailed to the wire.
