MEXICAN SUGAR tracked close up on the inside, waited for room at the quarter pole, split foes three wide at the furlong marker, closed willingly and quickly kicked clear under mild urging. K D KAKES was off a bit slow, raced off the pace inside, angled out at the top of the lane, rallied late outside and got up for second at the wire. REASSESS vied two wide for the lead, dueled on the turn, dug in two path and held for third. DON'T LISTEN vied inside for the lead, dueled on the turn and weakened in the lane. ADA MAY vied four wide in a contested pace, dueled four wide on the turn, weakened. MYSARIA vied three wide for the lead, dueled three wide on the turn and tired. HEAVENS EXPRESS raced off the pace inside, moved up behind runners in the stretch and lacked a clear path.
