Chart notes
HOT OMELET showed speed from the inside, took command on the far turn and from the three path through the stretch held sway. ALBERTA BE MINE stalked the early leader, was a factor on the far turn and had a mild bid in mid stretch but was second best. MIMI'S HOLIDAY was in touch and raced evenly from the inside on the far turn but from the three path at the top of the stretch was no real threat. BORN TO BE GOOD was in range and hustled along on the far turn but from the six path at the top of the stretch leveled off. DOODLE DANDY settled off the pace, trailed the field throughout and had no impact.
