Chart notes
LITTLE DITTY pressed the pace three across, assumed command on the turn, drew off and widened while kept to task. SAFE BET vied between horses to the second turn, dropped back and held safely for place while no match for the winner. CRUE'S N CONTROL was void of early speed, rallied around the turn, swung wide entering the stretch and offered a mild bid to get up for show. ROYAL IRISH raced mid pack towards the outside, lacked a closing response and was caught for third. HERCULES N LOVE was hard to load, checked leaving the gate and showed little. PERFECTO vied along the rail, tired into the second turn and stopped. COPESTHEBOMB got away well, came out at the start, vied between horses around the first turn and dropped back steadily.
