Chart notes
JERI DAWN was unhurried and settled off the pace, saved ground, began to pick up the tempo late on the far turn, came under a ride four wide in the upper stretch, responded willingly and kicked clear late. UNDECODED was forwardly placed around the first turn, secured inside position and stalked up the backstretch, continued in close range around the final turn, tipped two wide for the drive, appeared all out but continued to put in a game effort, briefly took a slim lead at the sixteenth pole then got overtaken by the winner. CHROME RACER raced up close around the first turn and tracked the pacesetter up the backstretch, hustled along two to three wide late on the far turn, kept on into the lane and prevailed for a share. WHISKEY DRINKER led the way around the first turn and set the pace up the backstretch, held firm around the turn, saved ground turning for home, held clear a furlong out then got collared at the sixteenth pole and gave way. TOM'S GIRL failed to move into contention. OH NIKI came up empty a half and was distanced in the lane.
