Chart notes

RED CHIPS was bumped from his outside by HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS at the start then shied inward when SOULLESS veered inward, dropped to the rail leaving the chute, saved ground through the turn, closed rapidly through the stretch two wide then along the rail under left handed urging and was along in time. SADIE'S SILVER KID dueled for the lead two wide into the stretch, gained the advantage then couldn't handle the late charge of the winner while gamely hanging on for second. TEMPERED DREAM stalked the pace three wide and finished determinedly missing second by a narrow margin. SWAYBACK MOBIL went evenly. MAMAS HOME COOKING failed to menace. SOULLESS veered inward a few strides out of the gate, battled for the lead along the inside until mid stretch then was used up. HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS broke inward bumping the winner at the start and was never involved.
