Chart notes
PATH TO SUCCESS set the pace and held well under urging. DON'TASK DON'TTELL advanced outside along the backstretch, bid five wide leaving the turn, loomed a threat, hung late and just lasted for place. GENTLE SOUL stalked the pace, bid three wide leaving the turn, was within range, lacked the needed late rally and settled for show. COURAGEOUSLY saved ground mid pack, bid along the rail on the turn, closed steadily, didn't have enough late and was outfinished for third. HE GOTS TO GO brushed at the start, was slow early, went widest in the drive, found his best stride late and was gaining ground. IBERIAN RUNNER was never far back, raced outside, had nothing left for the drive and faded through the stretch. ROWDY JESS broke in and brushed at the start, had brief speed only and was not urged late.
