IMAGINE THE MOON stalked the pace in the three path, bid near the three-eighths pole, dueled briefly, went clear at the eighth pole and lasted under a steady drive. CROSLEY stalked the pace in the two path, bid at the quarter pole in the five path but couldn't get to the winner. THE KID PATAKY pressed the early pace outside of the leader, bid near the half-mile pole, led in the three path, dueled briefly and couldn't last. SHANGHAI EXPRESS was impeded at the start, trailed and rallied belatedly in the five path. LIL GIN N CLASS broke in slightly, led inside and faded on the turn.
