Chart notes
BOSS LIKE BETH took over early, secured the inside and handled outer pressure from rivals into the backstretch, emerged in a duel to the inside of GENIEINABRIDLE leaving the half mile marker, maintained a slim advantage under a hustling ride past the five sixteenths, shook clear soon into the lane, wandered outward while widening and was kept alert to the wire. PINK ROSE forced the early pace three wide and between rivals, chased the dueling leaders three wide past the five sixteenths, shifted out wider for the drive, churned on with some interest and was second best. GENIEINABRIDLE broke a bit slow then was rank off rivals heading to the first turn, angled four wide soon after and was headstrong making her way forward and challenging four deep soon into the backstretch, dueled outside the winner from the far turn to the head of the lane then weakened in the final sixteenth. PRUSSIAN BLUE saved ground off the embattled leaders, angled out near the three eighths, chased three wide approaching the stretch but failed to kick on. LA MACCHINA ROSSA forced the early pace between rivals, chased into the far turn, shifted, weakened through the drive, then was transported off the track via the equine ambulance following the gallop out.
