Chart notes
CABERNEIGH away alertly from the gates, gained command early, drawing clear of the field around the turn and just held on for the win. ULTIMA GRACE pressed the pace along the outside early, then rallied down the lane with a strong surge to just miss at the wire. ELLE'S DANCER stalked the pace down the back stretch, offered a bid in the stretch drive, but hung late and held for show. CAUSE IMA ROSE trailed the field early, then had a mild bid around the turn but it was not enough. TIMBAVATI broke well, then dropped back early, and lacked a late response in the stretch drive. LARKSONG was mid field early, racing along the rail, then faded in the turn. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
