Chart notes
LOGICO was in hand early, rallied three wide on the turn with a quick move, finished full of run and drew off to win as much the best. MONTAUK COVE had good position on the inside, was no match for winner late but was up for place. MONTEREY PENINSULA vied for the lead and weakened in the stretch. MAJESTIC FLAG raced inside and was no menace. MSHINDI allowed to settle, failed to menace. MARKHAMIAN had early speed and was through after a half.
