ONE MORE BREW tracked the lead pair outside another foe along the backside, narrowed the margin on the leader in the three path between foes at the three eighths pole, moved well in hand in the mix five wide in upper stretch, closed in under steady encouragement by the eighth pole, took over control with a sixteenth mile left to go and held safe for the win at the wire. BREAKING ALONE settled in the third flight just off the rail inside another rival along the backside, was roused picking up the bit three wide between horses at the three eighths pole, gathered more momentum angling out six wide for the drive, lugged in staying on the left lead in mid-stretch, kept gaining steadily on the leader to the finish line but could not get to the winner in time and finished up second best. EL KABONG stalked close to the back of the pack while having runners on either side along the backstretch, made a savvy move getting to the rail midway on the bend starting to uncork a run, scraped the paint turning for home with a full head of steam, moved in to be in the thick of things on the fence by the furlong pole, could not get to the winner late and just missed holding for the pace share showing a solid effort inside foes down the lane. FIGHTER IN THE WIN had a slim lead early on in the back straight, shook clear loose up top around the turn, still was quite in control three wide at the top of the lengthy stretch, began to fade between foes in the final sixteenth of a mile and settled on the fringes in the end. ALLEY OOP JOHNNY travelled on the rail watching the lead duo along the backside, crept closer to the frontrunner on the fence with three furlongs to run, was in the thick of things in the two path at the top of the lane, battled on until the furlong marker and stalled between horses in deep stretch. C MY MEISTER was away a step slow to trail on the break, advanced mildly inside rivals to sit in midfield into the turn, closed gap on the leaders going three wide midway around the bend, shifted out in the four path looking for running room at the head of the lane, shifted out six wide going back to the incorrect lead at the sixteenth pole and could not factor late. REALLY GOOD prompted the issue on the outside in the beginning, sat alone keeping a close eye on the pacesetter throughout the bend, chased the leader four wide in the early part of the stretch drive, had little to offer late and yielded by the furlong marker. CORNWALL stalked down the backside ahead of only one other rival, made little impression while roused at the three-furlong pole for more run, shifted just outside two wide turning for home but failed to menace in the stretch running. SCAT FACTOR was unhurried seeing the field midway down the backstretch, picked up a runner saving all the ground on the fence midway on the turn, shifted just off the rail for the drive in the two path but could only pass a tired foe down the lane. PENNER ASH (IRE) settled in midfield three deep on the outside in the running along the backstretch, offered a brief move holding his on widest in the four path closing in at the three furlong pole, was fanned out in the seven path at the top of the stretch but could not get into contention while allowed to drift inwards down the lane. DARE TO BE KING stalked near the rear four deep down the back straight, retreated three wide midturn to be at the back of the pack outside, angled six wide for the drive to the wire but showed little running down the stretch.
