BLACKBERRY JAM dueled with LEAD THE CHARGE for the lead from along the outside and edged clear late. LEAD THE CHARGE dueled with BLACKBERRY JAM from along the inside into the stretch, could not stay with that one late but held on gamely for the place. CANTCATCHTHISCAT stalked the dueling leaders while saved ground, swung out to be three-wide entering the stretch but was unable to reach the top two in a steady effort. ROBIN RACER saved ground while being unhurried and showed late interest. GLOBAL AGENDA was allowed to settle while racing two-wide and failed to seriously threaten. VINO VIKING hopped at the start then broke in to get away behind the field and was unable to recover the lost ground.
