CORTESE settled inside off the pace around the turn, sung out seven deep leaving the quarter pole, steadily advanced outsider runners, surged clear through the wire. WILDWOOD SICILIAN broke sharp. pace off the rail to turn, brushed inside foe nearing the three eighths marker, bid between approaching the furlong marker, chased on well to secure the pace. TWIRLING ROSES chased inside to the turn, steadied inside rival nearing the three eighths marker, bid inside through the lane, ran on willingly through the wire. MISTER KELLY clean start, chased three wide around the turn, under pressure while running on the wrong lead, flattened out through the final stages. UNPREDICTABLE BAY hop start, circled the field four deep approaching the quarter pole, loomed upper, left lead lane, faded final yards. THERE WAS A JOCKEY'S OBJECTION IN THIS RACE, THE RIDER OF TWIRLING ROSES CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST THE RIDER OF WILDWOOD SICILIAN FOR INTEREFERENCE NEARING THE THREE EIGHTHS MARKER, AFTER THE JUDGE'S REVIEW THE RESULT STOOD OFFICIAL NO CHANGE.
