NEW YEAR SURPRISE slight bump at the break, stalked the pace two deep into the far turn, upped the tempo dueled around the second bend, stifled bids in upper stretch, drew off driving through the final sixteenth. SHADY MCGEE (IRE) settled inside off the pace into the far turn, quickened came off the rail split rivals leaving the quarter pole, loomed in upper stretch, evened out through the final furlong, well clear for the place. SIXWILLBERICH raced off the pace between runners into the far turn, put to task five wide into the lane, willingly along late for the show. LAND MARK DEAL very slow into stride, found late interest split faders nearing the furlong marker, no impact through the wire. LOOKIN FOR REVENGE away in good order set the pace along the rail around the both turns, under pressure leaving the quarter pole, gave way through deep stretch. U S HONOUR NAP off the pace and four wide around the first turn, pulled five deep into the far turn, weakened through the stretch. DIAMOND DAVE slow start, no factor.
