Chart notes
IMPACTO unhurried early to be the trailer, made a steady advance on the turn circling five wide to challenge for the lead in upper stretch, took command midway down the lane and pulled away under confident handling. CERTAIN tracked the leaders into the turn, rallied four wide to take the lead at the quarter pole, held the advantage to just before the eighth pole and finished willingly as second best. KOTYLOS stalked the pace down the backside, made a bid on the turn to threaten, could not match the top pair and ran-on to hold the show. CALL ME LATER showed early speed to prompt the pace, settled off the leaders in the turn and finished evenly. TOMATO BILL set a pressured early pace, briefly kicked away into the turn and stopped turning for home.
