Chart notes
CHICKIENESS controlled the pace and remained clear throughout driving. APOLLONIA VITELLI ducked out at the start, raced well back then closed well for the place. PEARLS AND HEELS saved ground, moved briefly closer on the turn and finished gamely to the finish. DEWEY DOIT raced in closest pursuit of the winner to mid-stretch and weakened. TELEPHONE LINE sluggish and trailed early, moved inside and continued well. TARA'S TALENT raced wide off the leaders, bid at the quarter pole then flattened out. COULD BE A COUGAR broke slowly, rushed to contention, stopped and was eased late.
