Chart notes
LATIN FORCE chased the pace early from the inside, steadily gaining on the leader, then angled out at the head of the lane, drawing off from the field to blow them away. AIRMAIL FLYER was near the back racing along the rail, getting steadied slightly into the first turn, then was boxed in at the head of the lane, getting loose and closing late around the eighth pole. WESTDAKOTA got off slow, racing on the outside all the way, then closed fast down the lane but was outfinished late for second. MOE DINGERS was mid pack early racing in the second flight, offered a bid down the lane but it was not enough. HEAVENLY DEACON showed no early speed, the got blocked at the start of the bid in the stretch drive, angled out mid stretch and closed. PASTOR DAVE was in contention early, racing along the outside, but lacked a late response in the stretch drive. KINGDOM CITY made the lead, then was overtaken at the head of the lane and dropped back. IT'S MILES was mid field early, racing on the outside, then faded into the turn.
