Chart notes
FIRST ENDEAVOR was allowed to settle while racing two-wide, moved closer on the turn, angled out to be four-wide nearing the eighth pole and finished fast to be up in the final sixteenth. POLE TO POLE vied for the lead with GALLOPING MAJOR from along the inside, responded when asked to open clear in the stretch but was unable to resist the winner late in a game effort. LORD OF LIGHT was reserved off the pace while saving ground, angled out to be two-wide nearing the sixteenth pole and rallied late. GALLOPING MAJOR vied with POLE TO POLE for the lead to the stretch and weakened. PAKAS SECRET prompted the pace racing three-wide and tired. BATTLEOF TRAFALGAR saved ground chasing the pace, drifted out to be three-wide nearing the quarter pole and failed to seriously threaten. DUNGARVAN OAK raced in the middle of the field while three-wide, was four-wide at the quarter pole and failed to menace. BOLD ENCOUNTER broke out and steadied early crossing behind another horse and trailed.
