SMARTY HARDY vied for the early lead then shook clear still in hand with three furlongs left to run, widened advantage still unleashed, came two wide into the upper stretch, drew off down the lane while ridden out and was much the best. FLEEK was off slow at the start then slow into stride and remained sluggish in the back, came four to five wide into the upper stretch, responded willingly, rallied along the outside and finished clearly second best. KEARNEY STREET got bumped between foes at the start, angled inside and edged up into closer leaving the backstretch, angled two wide and raced in contention late on the turn, put to a drive near the inside at the head of the lane, was no match for clear top two finishers but ran on and prevailed for a share. WINNING CHANCE bumped with rival at the start and raced off the early pace, hustled along two to three wide around the turn, ran on into the lane and improved position. TIPTON bumped with rival at the start and managed to be forwardly placed, hustled along three wide around the turn, ran on two wide into the stretch then gave way in the final furlong. STROLLIN WILD raced off the early speed, saved ground into the lane and lacked a needed rally. HELLO FRANKIE raced midrange in early stages, chased four wide around the turn then faded in the lane.
