LEO'S REWARD hustled from the start, chased just off the inside, briefly tucked inside near the half mile pole before tipping three to four wide through the turn, came under urging near the quarter pole and went six wide into upper stretch, took over command with three-sixteenths to go, came out to look his main danger in the eye and bumped the aforementioned foe a sixteenth from home, dueled through to the finish clinging to command but was nailed in the very last jump to the line. ON THE HILL chased four wide, came in slightly and pinched out KENNY BE at the half mile pole in tandem with BUSTIN AWAY, came under encouragement at the three-eighths marker, went eight wide into upper stretch, dug in and ran on to secure the show honors. SIR KARTRITE stumbled at the start, chased five wide patiently handled until let out angled seven to eight wide into upper stretch, and tired in the drive. BUSTIN AWAY lunged at the break getting away last, chased just off the inside, came out slightly and pinched out KENNY BE in tandem with ON THE HILL near the half mile pole, came under a ride from the three-eighths marker, continued in the two path into upper stretch and tired. KENNY BE chased three wide and was loosely between foes when forced to steady when pinched out in tight near the half mile pole, the rider nearly standing up, came under coaxing three furlongs out, spun three wide into upper stretch and made no impact.
