Chart notes
SUBTLE SHIMMER vied with LOTSA KITTY from along the outside, shook that one off nearing the quarter pole and quickly drew clear. LOTSA KITTY vied with SUBTLE SHIMMER for the early lead, was no match for that one but proved to be clearly second best. SCARLETT LETTER was close-up early racing along the inside then was shuffled back on the turn while continuing to save ground, slipped through during the drive and finished in a mild rally. MORE TROUBLE saved ground racing in the back of the field, angled out to be five-wide nearing the eighth pole and rallied late. SPARKLEY BARKLEY was reserved off the pace, moved up four-wide nearing the quarter pole but lacked a rally. MOONRISE SERENADE was forwardly placed early racing three-wide and weakened. WINENDINEHER was allowed to settle while racing two-wide and failed to seriously threaten. HOT SUMMER BREEZE was unhurried while racing four-wide, came five-wide into the stretch and failed to meneace.
