Chart notes
BOITANO pressed the pace outside of the leader, drifted out in the stretch and lasted under a steady drive. SCENIC JUSTICE stalked the pace in the five path, rallied at the eighth pole, vied, came in late and missed. NACHO CHROME stalked the pace in the four path, bid at the quarter pole, closed late between foes and was squeezed late. TAKECHARGEJUSTICE stalked the pace in the three path and had no late bid. FIREWATER JAKE saved ground, bid at the quarter pole and faltered. PRINCE SHIM led inside and gave way in the stretch. THE STEWARDS DENIED AN OBJECTION LODGED BY THE RIDER OF NACHO CHROME AGAINST THE FIRST TWO FINISHERS.
