Chart notes
SAILOR'S RETURN was urged clear early, set the pace towards the inside, edged away a bit after a half mile, was under asking maintaining command into the stretch, drifted out a bit under strong handling past mid stretch then dug in late to keep rivals at bay. SHANGHAI SUPERFLY tracked the winner, took closer order under a ride leaving the five sixteenths, gave game chase from there and held down the place. INDIRECTLY saved ground within range, was under asking past the three eighths, worked outward for the drive and kept on trying between rivals. BIG BEEMSTER , three wide early, raced between runners leaving the far turn, swung out widest in the drive and had a grinding gain. CRITICAL THINKING , four wide the first turn, raced three deep leaving the far turn but failed to rally. SWING OIL edged up between foes into the backstretch, shifted in nearing the far turn and faded.
