Chart notes
LONESOME CAT saved ground early, checked leaving the backstretch, and yielded. STREET VENDOR stalked from the second flight, and had nothing left in reserve late. RAILWAY set the early pace, dueled inside of TRAPEZE, was unable to move on with the eventual winner and gave way late stretch. ERLICH trailed early, and closed well outside. POINT TO THE STARS tracked five wide through the backstretch, fanned four wide in the far turn, and rallied late to earn show. TRAPEZE prompted the early pace outside of RAILWAY, dueled through the backstretch, was headed at the top of the lane, repelled a bid from BODEMONSTER into the stretch, and held firm. AMEER rated off the pace while five to six wide, lodged a bid into the stretch and faded. BODEMONSTER was four wide into the opening turn, sat just off the pace in the backstretch, lodged a bid at the three-sixteenth pole but was unable to stall the winner.
