Chart notes
TRENDSETTER was reserved on the inside, moved out nearing the three eighths marker and advanced four wide by the five sixteenths and came five wide by the quarter pole, was trying to lug in leaving the quarter pole, was given one pop left handed and responded well and then was guided with hand urging the final furlong to edge clear to prove best. POWER GRID was away alertly and then let the pacesetter go and tracked that rival on the inside, moved out to make a three wide bid leaving the turn and went on even terms for command by the furlong marker, then fought on but was out-kicked by the winner. G Q WORTHY was allowed to settle two wide on the turn, then finished well up the rail to clearly best the rest. STATE CONCEAL chased the pace and was three to two wide on the turn, came four wide by the quarter pole and drifted in nearing the furlong marker and weakened. COOL CUSTOMER set the unchallenged pace two wide entering the turn and drew out on the turn on the inside, moved off the inside leaving the turn and was headed nearing the furlong marker and came up empty in the final furlong. THIS IS THE LIFE was bumped slightly after the break and settled three wide early and then tired and was not a factor.
